let's start with current so we have the the current what's going on can you speak to us from an astrological perspective what's happening with the financial situation right now?

Well, I think that the world is in flux right now because we've had this obviously everybody's talking

about the pandemic which nobody you know I'm not going to get into politics but it is

really the elephant in the middle of the room as far as the economy changing and it has displaced people from their jobs.

It has moved people out of buildings which were all have rents that are due, and long-term leases.

It has caused some problems with, well, the weather too has caused a lot of problems with farms and the other thing that's happened

because people are now not working in buildings if they're office people they're working at

home which is completely opening up all kinds of industries like

Zoom and go to meeting and everything else and that's going to create it's a

snowball effect everything has been it's been such an extreme change so extreme
