Alright, dude. We don't even have this cast to answer these questions.

No, we don't. This is different. Yes, very different.

In the last 18 years, right? It's been 18 years. It's been 18 years ago.

We have had show notes for all but four or five of the casts.

The first cast we didn't have show notes for. We just did it off the cuff,

solution to a stalled technical career. I still hear from people in the field who talk about it.

That was the first cast I listened to and it grabbed me and I've been listening for years and years and years ever since.

A lot of people start with the Trinity, but that first cast was, well, it was a long time ago.

And 18 years has passed and in addition to putting out hopefully what people think is a lot of great content and we hear that often.

They recognize that the present structure of Manager Tools can't go on forever.

And because we're a management firm and people look to us for guidance and we've been saying for years that we eat our own dog food,

which is software development, lingo, for we use the things we recommend.

While we don't teach what we do, because a lot of people do that, we do what we teach.

And it seemed to us we've been talking about this in the last several years.

What is the next phase of Manager Tools?

And we have agreed that our mission is every manager effective and every professional productive, right?

And we have said many times that that would not happen in our lifetime.

And so we had to create a company that would outlast us.

And I think we've done that pretty successfully, partner.

I think so.
