0:15.9	This week's episode is a little bit different than our usual show.
0:19.2	We're actually taking a break this week from a regular episode format, and instead,
0:23.7	we're going to air one of our behind-the-scenes episodes.
0:27.0	So what that means is normally, when I sit down with a guest, we have a conversation
0:30.7	that's usually around two hours long.
0:33.3	And normally, that's probably longer than what most of you guys want to listen to,
0:37.3	which is why we edit it down to 30 to 40 minutes long.
0:40.9	But that also means there's a lot of great material that we end up trimming out.
0:45.5	So the behind the scenes episode includes all of that material.
0:49.6	We still do some slight editing to remove interruptions or bathroom breaks, but for the most part,
