0:24.8	excited to announce the All About Pregnancy and Birth podcast community Facebook group. This is a
0:33.4	closed group on Facebook where you can discuss episodes, share insights and tips, ask questions,
0:41.0	and answer questions, all to help support each other through the journey of pregnancy and
0:47.2	birth. There is an awesome community moderator who is an experienced doula, and of course, I will be in the group as well so to join the
0:57.3	group just head to Facebook and search all about pregnancy and birth or even just all about
1:02.9	pregnancy it should be one of the first things to pop up request to join the group and your
