I'm Scott War and I'm Don Freeman and we're announcing something special that's coming

up. Scott's something that has never happened on the TRN podcast and it's going to be happening

in a couple of days. You're probably wondering what a midweek TRN episode, what's going on here?

Well, this is a short little sneak peak of what's coming on Friday of this week. And we've

known about this for a while and we couldn't even believe it was happening and now it has and we

get a chance to do an interview to tip you off on what's ahead. So Scott, go ahead and let this

cat out of the bag. The cat is Don and I have decided to go run and we're giving our audio

board over to two very capable people Anna Frost and Stephanie Howe and they are going to be guest

hosts periodically as Don and I decide, you know, we should get in shape and we're going to go

off for some runs and we're going to let Anna and Stephanie host these podcasts, guest host

these podcasts. And we're a bit slower now, Scott. So, you know, some of our runs might take a week

or so. So we definitely need some support on this. For those of you who don't know Anna and Stephanie,

I want to tell you a little bit about them. They're pretty amazing people. Anna Frost or she

commonly goes by Frosty is a native to New Zealand and she turned a pro runner back in 2004 and

later began running for team Solomon. In 2010, she won the overall sky runner world series over in

Europe. She has multiple wins on many different continents. In 2015 and 2016, she won the hard rock

100 and in 2019, she became a mother of Skylar. She is sponsored by Merrill and Icebreaker and you

also her coaching. And Stephanie has an equally impressive resume. She began running cross country

at 14 years old and race Nordic skiing in cross country at Michigan University. Stephanie somehow
