Right now, I make a lot of podcast and videos and I host early retirement, this podcast, as well as the YouTube channel. Try to make things so that you guys go, yeah, I'm going to retire early with confidence, whether it be now or in five,

10, 15, 20 years, want to give you all the tips that help with that. Now, one of my mentors is my,

the founder, should I say, of the company, James Cannell. And I work here at Root. I'm the vice president.

James is the founder. I was the first employee to join him. This week was actually my four-year anniversary here at Root, and now there's over 30 of us, and it's awesome because we get to do

really special work for people. Some of you know James. Some of you don't know James, but James and I are

hosting a new, it's not a new show. I'm going to be on James's YouTube channel,

and then I'm going to be posting the podcast episode, so the audio version on my podcast,

and it's also going to be released on his podcast, ready for retirement. So a lot of you reach out

and go, wait a second, you and James, who I listen to often, are part of the same company.

And so we're like, hey, we should start doing some more stuff together.

He's doing that ready for retirement, mine's the early retirement, hopefully capturing everything you guys could ever imagine.

now be receiving two episodes a week, one on Monday, not changing the solo episode format, because it's not weird at all that I just talk straight to garage band, and it looks back at me wondering why I'm doing this. No, it's, I'm just kidding. But Thursdays, you'll get the podcast episode with James and I, you might find it more engaging. And because of that, I want you guys to get to hear from him. He is a special person with a special way of delivering information. And we're all about coming up with creative ways to make it resonate. So just be on the lookout for that. that all of you can work with either Root or myself in a certain capacity. So what that means

is right now, the first option to work with the software that I discuss on a lot of my videos

is in what's called the Early Retirement Academy. That is if you're going, yeah, I need some level of help because I don't even know what I'm on track for. I want to run my own projections, maybe build my own plan. You can go ahead and do that. And it's a few hundred bucks for a reason. You get to go in there and play around, but you don't get any one-on-one guidance. So that's the first option. The second option is what's called a power planning session. That is with me. The good news is that it's being offered right now. The bad news, it's a wait list. So it sounds bad to be like, hey, here it's available, but it's actually not.
