Hey everyone, it's Adrienne here. I hope you're all having a great week. I have some news to share.

I wanted to record a quick episode for the podcast to make sure that regular listeners of the

months ago. We kept in touch and we basically are on this shared mission because we feel like

there is so much out there encouraging people to get started or to take the leap. But then what do you

do after? What comes next? You know, what about when you start to achieve your goals when you're

faced with new opportunities, different priorities, bigger decisions. For a lot of people,

they have the potential to be high performing. They have the ideas. They have the ambition.

But what I find when I ask people, you know, what is it that's holding you back from, I guess,

taking things to the next level? Often they're overthinking. they're overwhelmed, stressed out, they're burnt

out. And I think we're sometimes sold this polarising idea that high performance is just about

ambition and go and drive and do and hustle. And then well-being is at the other end of the

spectrum and it's about rest and self-care. But actually, the truth is you can't have well-being is at the other end of the spectrum and it's about rest and self-care. But actually,

the truth is you can't have one without the other. High performance is not sustainable without

well-being. So truly, I think the real key to this and what we really want to share in this programme

is that by creating those daily habits, by prioritising well-being, by setting boundaries with other people and through really looking at

prioritising your time, that is really ultimately how you're going to have the energy and the passion
