The Tonight on the Twilight Zone podcast, in a change from the show that I announced last time,

I'm going to do something a little bit different.

But first, I'm going to take you back to 2009 when I was mainly involved

in the horror world, I was reviewing horror movie DVDs on a website. I was just starting my first

podcast and then soon after that I would start writing for Screen Magazine here in the UK

where I interviewed several

people. So as a young horror fan, I reached out for the first time to try and interview someone

from the horror world from a movie that I loved. And thankfully, the first person I asked was

a lady called Barbie Wilde. She gracefully agreed, and I clumsily put together an email of questions which she answered

and that went up on the website so that kind of set me on the road to a lot of things

you know Barbie probably doesn't realize that without that happening I probably wouldn't be here doing this you know

everything's connected and after that I have interviewed on several occasions

seen at events and so on and we've become friends now now because we were so much

part of that horror world we never really realized that we were both huge Twilight Zone fans.

And I've always wanted to sit down and talk to her about it.

And we were catching up recently and we got talking about one thing or another.

And I thought, you know what, let's do it.

Let's hit record and let's just talk some Twilight Zone.

And of course it leads on to other things in Barbie's career.
