Hey guys it's me. I'm actually just sending you this very important

podcast alert message to let you know that I am I know I've been joking

non-stop about how I haven't had anything planned at all for the 100th

episode but I am very pleased to say that I did have some really cool stuff kind of

line up at the last minute and I'm going to be live streaming if you

check Twitter you probably already know this but I am going to be live streaming my 100th

episode tomorrow Thursday March 13th at 4 p.m. Pacific time, from my home on video.

So it's the room I always record in, but I'm going to be doing it live via video and you guys will have the opportunity to interact with me and with my very special guest busy Phillips.

So I'm so excited to do it. We're also going to be doing some fundraising for one of my favorite

charities, The Art of Elysium. I know I've spoken of it before on the podcast and a lot

of the girls who have done past episodes have made some very cool donations that I welcome you nay ask you outright to consider

picking up the proceeds are going to go to such a great cause yeah, so this is just a little place filler

until tomorrow.

Obviously, I'll be putting up the episode

on iTunes as an audio file sometime after we record it but I hope you'll have the opportunity
