Hi there. Welcome to Tunis. My name is Elizabeth Cot. I'm coming to you from the Florida Keys.

And it's a hell of a drug, as they say. I'm on a little bit of a summer vacation, so I thought we would try something fun and new,

and that is dipping into the Tunishe archives to pull out some history.

And today we are re-listening to the first ever to niche hall, Sparkling Water, Part 1.

This was a hall that was released on Black Friday of 2022, which feels so apropos,

because, you know, this is a show about culture and consumerism and just our love

of both of those things. So Black Friday feels like the correct holiday in which to celebrate

the birth of Tunis. Lauren and I had the idea for this particular hall while at lunch at Lascala in Beverly Hills

while sipping on some sparkling water.

So that feels right.
