So we have, obviously, our own podcast backgrounds.

Elizabeth has a former journey in the wellness space.

And we say former because I think that wellness turned into some sort of like rebranded diet culture.

And I was like like I'm out.

I'm like Elizabeth has a former journey in the orthorexic space. I have a journey with multiple

podcasts, you know, sup where I talk reality TV with Carrie O'Donnell. I have Babe, which was

kind of laid some of the groundwork for what we're doing on
