One of our listeners asked the question of how someone can lean into the Spanish Colonial style of home, so we have created this podcast for those who have moved into a decades old home and aren’t sure about how to lean into its style. 1:14.7	on his bike or is it a push bike? Pedals. Yeah. Then this week we've been taking the training
1:19.5	mills off. Oh my gosh. He makes it steady. Yeah, he like watches Peppa Pig. So he calls him
1:24.8	stabilizers. So funny. That's adorable. Loose in the stabilizers. Yeah. So every day we've been
1:33.4	going to the Hubble Creek, which is a few hundred yards from our house. And it's a raging right now
1:40.3	because of all the runoff we're getting. Yeah, it sounds like we live near a stream or a lake or
1:44.5	something. It's amazing. Yeah, it's, it's the only, I live in that neighborhood for collectively,

1:55.7	raging. Rushing. Yeah. So we've just been enjoying the bike life, you know, the nice weather.
