We'll kick things off with beloved Italy in action against Moldova.

Italy would labour to a 2-0 victory. Their first in the group stages of course off the

back of that humiliating defeat against Norway. Norway continued there 100% start to qualifying

Right, Gab, for those who haven't been following this soap opera,

how did we get to a stage where a manager has already been sacked,

is in charge of a team today?

So, basically, he had to be sacked.

It's just not acceptable.

It's not so much of the 3-0 defeat to Norway on Friday night.

It was the performance, the listlessness of it.

And remember, he also delivered a stinker of a euro.

But Italy were absolutely abject at the Euros as well. And so what happened was the Italian FAA, you know, got together with him and said like, right, you're going to be in

charge for the Moldova game, but then we're going to sack you afterwards. And so what does he do?

He tells everybody, hey, sure, why not? He explained it today. He says, well, it didn't seem nice to, it didn't seem right to be deceitful to the fans of the Italian national team.

Now, whether this had a material impact on the game or not, I don't know.

I saw Italy play pretty much the way they played against Norway.
