| 1:37.6 | reduction in NASA space science activities. |
| 1:41.7 | And you compare the two, and you see a surprising, almost one-to-one comparison where NASA is |
| 1:49.4 | canceling projects or giving up development of future ambitions. |
| 1:53.7 | China seems to be building out those very capabilities. |
