If you have your Bibles, go with me to the Book of Galatians chapter one, the book of Galatians chapter one and

verse four Galatians one verse four. Galatians one verse four.

I, um, we started a series last week entitled the relevancy of the of God's grace and the word

relevant just simply means to be connected with the matter that's at hand.

In other words, what is the significance of God's grace in our everyday life?

How is grace connected to life itself? How is it connected to

when a person gets a diagnosis of sickness and disease? How is it significant and relevant when a person is

going through depression or divorce? How is God's grace significant and relevant when there are lacks of finances and an inability to

pay the bills and how is the grace of God relevant in relationships and

deliverance from strife and bondage and we ask the

question is God just connected with the issue of heaven and hell only in In other words religion would have us to think

that the only significance of God in your life is so that you can get to heaven when you die.

And if that's the truth... is so that you can get to heaven when you die.

And if that's the truth, then people are not really going to be interested in God

until they get to the point of death,

because they won't be able to see him relevant and significant in everyday issues of life.

And so Jesus did not die and shed his blood just to forgive you of your sins so you can go to heaven.

Thank God for that. Thank God that he did die and he shed his blood and we are forgiven of our sins and thank God that when we receive him that we go to heaven.
