My name is Emma Crawforth and I'm the gardening editor of Gardner's World magazine.

My favourite vegetable to grow from seeds is actually a herb that's called parsley. I'm sure you'll be familiar with it. Why do I like to grow it? Because it tastes good. It's also very good for you being high in vitamin C. And the results of one sewing are very long lasting. You can have good leaves to pick for up to a year or longer, if you're lucky.
