Summary
The Rock stars as a Republican action star with amnesia at the center of a sex tape scandal that threatens to derail a presidential election in Richard Kelly’s eerily prophetic 2007 film, Southland Tales. This week, Chris & Lizzie set out to determine why this follow-up to cult classic Donnie Darko tanked at Cannes, derailed Kelly’s career, and perhaps came out 10 years too soon.
