Hi this is Robert Jeffress and I'm glad to study God's word with you every day on this Bible teaching program.

It is because these 12 and then 120 were so focused on obeying that great commission that 2,000 years later you

and I are seated here as Christians.

It started with 12, it spread to 120, it spread to 3,000, within several hundred years Christianity had toppled

the entire Roman Empire all because of what happened here on that day of

Pentecost.
