We are now less than one hour away from a major change in this country's immigration policy

and it could lead to a large influx of migrants into the United States.

At 11.59 PM Eastern, just a few minutes from now, the policy known as Title 42 expires.

It was used during the COVID pandemic to quickly expel migrants even if they requested asylum.

Tonight, there are growing concerns about what could happen once Title 42 ends.
