Summary

The Hawks kicked off their season inside Kinnick this past weekend with a very lackluster 7-3 victory over the jackrabbits. Sadly, an entire off season of waiting and hoping that the Hawkeye offense would be better looks to be a lost cause. Issues are still there, and potentially worse, spanning almost every offensive position group, and the problems are being exacerbated by a not fully healthy roster. Spencer Petras, one of the hot topic items for the last 3 years, appears to be much of the same, isn't getting help, and is leaving fans wanting basically anything else. We do get to discuss some good things like the almost perfect Iowa Defense, one of the best Punters in the nation, and more. Come along for our full game breakdown.
