Biden's major campaign promises was to nominate a black woman to the Supreme

Court should he get the opportunity to do so and now that Justice Breyer is expected to

announce his retirement President Biden will get just that opportunity and

the opportunity to reshape the future of the Supreme Court potentially for decades to come.
