today we're just kind of kind of run through how we elk count how we call what what our thoughts

use so we'll get jumping in here the big thing is we the tools of the trade right um if you guys watch

to kill elk and there's, uh, a lot of different approaches. Our approach is trying to call them in.

It's the funest thing. It's like, for me, if I can hunt anything that I can call in and trick,

that's what I enjoy doing. That's why I love turkey hunting. It's like I love waterfowl hunting. I liked interacting and playing that role of thinking that I'm real.

So the biggest thing, honestly, for us, I would suggest, I think the number one tool is

learning how to blow a diaphragm call.

A diaphragm call is going to be your most versatile call.

You can calcall with it. You can

bugle. You can stop a bowl when you're a full draw coming through your shooting lane. Get a call,

figure it out. There's a lot of good calls on the market there. We manufacture our own just because

we wanted something that is exactly kind of what we're looking for. And there's the biggest thing with call

selection is going to be the latex thickness and stretch of it. And that's going to kind of the ability

to blow them a soft latex and a lighter latex soft stretch. It's going to be the easiest to blow.
