Matthew Drouker is the chief technology officer at SoundCloud.

He previously worked at Turner and has deep experience as a technologist and leader in the media industry.

So my name's Matthew Drucker.

I live in Atlanta, Georgia, and the States.

I've been in the industry for about 35 years.

It started when I was in school at Georgia Tech at a little media company called Turner Broadcasting.

Turner Broadcasting had morphed into Time Warner and then Warner Media. For the 32 years I was there,

I had a lot of different jobs, probably 12 or 13.

The last two ones that I find valuable in this conversation, I was the CTO over at CNN Digital.
