Good evening, everyone. The U.S. Coast Guard has seized Soulmate, the sailboat belonging to Brian Hooker.

That's the man who, with his wife, Lynette Hooker, went out on the water in an eight-foot dingy on April 4th.

And according to Brian Hooker, the winds kicked up,

and the water had three feet waves and it knocked his wife off the dinghy,

and that was the last time he ever saw her.

And we've been saying from the very beginning,

this is a Fugazi story.

We do not believe this story for a minute.

And evidence, there is evidence.

There's new evidence coming along, but just amazing that, for all our purposes, the Coast Guard,

the U.S. Coast Guard has seized the sailboat soulmate

belonging to Lynette and Brian Hooker, a couple that was married for 25 years with a domestic

violence history.

And a lot of Fugazi things, as we say in New York.

A lot of Fugazi happenings with this case that we, two NYPD sergeants, myself, NYPD homicide

sergeant and Professor Geary and NYPD sergeant with a law degree

and working in a A house early in his career, we just do not believe this story whatsoever.

Absolutely outrageous.

So we're going to follow up on this and look and see what the hell is going on here, you know?
