1:40.5	Super excited to get into this. I feel like we're all like over a year being in the pandemic.
1:45.3	We've really centered or thought we were centered.
1:48.4	And now we're getting back out into the real world again and to life. so this comes at a really great time.
1:55.2	How did you get on to your spiritual path and the journey that you're on before we get into the actual
2:00.7	topic itself? What did that look for you?
2:03.1	It's funny, I know we always go back to childhood
2:05.2	with everything, and I know you talked about
2:06.8	being a very sensitive empathic child as well.
2:09.9	And that's definitely how I've always walked through the world, just from being a very small child, being able to see and feel things and the people around me with children and adults, and being able to kind of just energetically feel where people are at and I think for most of my early childhood that ended up manifesting actually in a lot of anxiety and depression within me because I think what I was doing which I now understand was basically you know as impasse we become these sort of energetic sponges and so I was constantly holding on to everybody else's energy,
