Hi everyone and welcome back and welcome home to Cosmic Body podcast. I am so excited for today's guest. But before we

begin and before I introduce him, I want to tell you how this came to be. So a while ago, I signed up

for his newsletter. And one morning, I was laying in bed, probably contemplating the meaning of life,

which I always do. And I saw an email from him

and it popped up. And right when it popped up, I heard this voice in my head say, ask him to be

on the podcast. And right away, when I heard that, I'm like, what? No. Why would I ask him? Why would

he be on mine? Because he was on Oprah's. So that was right. That wasn't my soul.

That was my ego part. And so lo and behold, I did. I followed spirit, which I always do.

And here we are. One thing led to another and here we are. So on that note, I have the pleasure of
