Good Tuesday morning. Welcome to a walk on the street. I'm Carl Kintania with Courtney Reagan, Mike Santoli here at Post 9 of the New York Stock Exchange. David and Sarah have the morning off today. Or just a few moments from the president's address before the UN General Assembly here in New York City. We will take you there live when it happens. That's Brazilian President Lula speaking in advance. Main time markets pretty much close to the flat line, although tech is lagging today.

A White House official tells me President Trump is going to use this speech in a couple of minutes to focus on the failures of

globalism as he sees them and to deliver blunt and tough talk to the United Nations General Assembly.

at the United Nations General Assembly will highlight his success in delivering peace on a scale
