Stocks are climbing this morning. Trade tensions ease and the S&P is up about a third of one percent.

We'll get to that in a second. Another big morning on Capitol Hill as well. Senate finance set to vote on Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s nomination to be Secretary of Health and Human Services.
