I think it's going to get a little bit easier for buyers come fall especially in the

single family world and you know this is going to this may sound weird to some

folks but I see that as a as a vote for the market

continuing because that's what's needed for it to be healthy.

You know, he's a real estate investor.

I don't know, I don't really know what he would call himself,

you know, fund manager, you know, puts things together, puts deals together, meets people, and I'll let him do a little bit of that.

Andrew, how's it going man? It's going really well. I'm glad to be talking with you again, and yeah, I guess what I call myself or most people would recognize is

a multifamily syndicator so it used to be chemical engineer then back in 2007 went into

flipping houses here in Southern California did the flipping thing for a few

years and then for the last I guess 10 years we've been doing multi-family properties

across the US mostly in the southeast, done about 2,100 units, and it's

been a really, really good run.

So when somebody says I'm a syndicator, what does that mean?
