So, you know, yeah, we went on vacation.

There was so many vacations and everybody was on vacation this summer and we just took a break we just took a break

lucky for us there wasn't that much you know news to share anyway so so I was

lucky in that that nothing drastic happened this summer, but anyways it's good to be back.

I got my good friend co-host Mr. Carey Grinkmeyer, who I was just telling him before we started recording that his

when he comes on as the co-host of this show and on as a on my

regular show his downloads organically get shared way above average compared to regular agents to come on, even some famous agents.

So I don't know, you guys like what he has to say and I guess you just like his candor and his his thought process on

things so it's working so anyways I asked him back to come back on today to start us back up

with state of the Market 2019.
