This is Dr. Lease Murray-Bobby, and you're going to be talking about something that I think is really important.

And sooner or later, in one way or another it affects all couples and that is

trust trust gets broken and when that happens it can change everything in a relationship and so

it's really important to understand what trust is what trust, and then how to be able to repair

trust when it gets broken. Because there are big dramatic ways that trust gets broken. I mean

affairs and lies and deceit, but trust can be broken in more subtle ways too. Half truths, concealing things, and not being reliable or dependable.

These are things that all can impact the trust in your relationship in a negative way.

So that's where we're going today.

I'm going to be talking with you just about how to understand it, but also how to fix it,

because that's the important part.
