Summary
Georgia State Senator Colton Moore is trying to get enough signatures to call a special session to review the actions of Anti-Trump Prosecutor Fani Willis. Moore says regardless of whether you like Donald Trump, we should never have a D.A. going after their political opponents with nonsense charges. Moore says Willis is a domestic threat to the U.S. Constitution, the Republic, and the state of Georgia. Legislators have a choice. They can either side with the Communist rogue D.A. or they can side with the rule of law and the Constitution and do their job to defund this District Attorney. Moore points out unlike other indictments Trump is facing, Willis took this to the extreme by adding RICO charges. Georgia has a GOP controlled Legislature yet all these elected officials want to sit on their hands and do nothing. This is the most urgent thing that could be done in Georgia right now, ending Willis’ use of tax dollars to politically persecute political opponents. This isn’t about the 2020 election, it’s about the 2024 election and every election thereafter.
