Yes Sophie is BACK! You asked, we listened…Exactly 1 year (minus 1 day) since she last joined us & back where it all started here on Divorced not Dead. We are super excited to have Sophie Stanbury (My Ex-Sister In-Law and probably more Stanbury than I, actually) join us for what is a great episode and super relatable for some of you Mum’s newly divorced / with plans to divorce. We look back at how Sophie’s marriage broke down, why it broke down, her fears & upset back then at how she would do it alone (raising two beautiful boys) as a single mother & needing to provide. We touch on the different phases of post-divorce, therapy, reflecting at life pre-children (thus when responsibilities seemed so far away). We discuss the challenges of being back in the workplace when you are forced to provide for yourself & your family plus that daily juggle.. when you feel pulled in 1million directions! We touch on getting back out there on the dating scene and most importantly always making time for yourself & your happiness, your health! Hope you enjoy it as much I enjoyed recording with Sophie.
Sophie is CEO of her life, her beautiful boys (super hands on) and CEO of Sophie Stanbury Interiors, as well as being a successful Social Media Influencer and now she’s ready to enter the dating world too. ( www.sophiestanbury.com / insta @sophiestanbury )
