A court case involving that incident has just concluded, so I wanted to put that back out there and see what everyone thinks about it, get everyone a refresher on what happened, and

then discuss what happened in the trial.

So without getting too deep into this, here the sony massey episode the case i want to be talking about today is a very tragic one the way it played out it probably should have never happened for a lot of reasons. It's also very controversial,

again, for a number of reasons. This is an incident that I'm sure a lot of you have heard of

or read something about, and you probably have your opinions of it as well. From news reports,

official reports, and breakdowns from everything from previous law enforcement to lawyers, the opinions lean heavily one way.

What I'm hoping to do is give a series of observations of my own, play a lot of audio, and make it so you can have your opinion.
