I'm Tom Merritt. And let's start with what you need to know with that big story. Yeah, lots of spinning going on, Sony, spinning out its TV and home

audio unit into a separate company where TCL will own 51% and run manufacturing, primarily,

while Sony will keep 49 percent and its branding and

its image processing technology on Bravia sets. So the agreement is going to keep the Sony

Bravia branding intact on TVs produced through this new combined company anyways.

So basically what this means is your next Sony TV may actually be built by TCL, labeled as Sony

Bravia, and tuned with Sony's processing technology stack, which Sony is very known for.
