0:00.0	What's up everybody? Welcome back to the show. I've got three announcements I want to talk about today
0:04.0	so we're going to dive right in and I want to start with the first which is the big announcement from
0:07.4	Sony today about the latest edition to the A7 series of cameras. It seems like Sony has a camera a month that they introduce.
0:15.1	But the latest edition is going to be the A7S 2.
0:18.4	Now I have an A7S and I absolutely love this camera.
0:22.3	I've used the A7S for a little over a year now.
0:24.4	I use it mostly for video.
0:26.0	But I love the fact that this is designed for video.
0:28.2	It deals very well with low light,
0:29.9	so you can pretty much put in any lighting situation
0:32.1	and the image quality is fantastic.
0:34.1	However, there are some improvements that are definitely in order for this and it looks like
0:38.6	Sony has addressed these.
0:40.1	The most interesting is the ability to do internal 4K recording, which you can do on the A7R2,
0:46.8	and now you can do it on the A7S2.
0:48.3	The A7S will support it, but it does require an external recorder, which is a pain because you got to buy something
0:53.7	else and it's more to carry around and it's not really practical but this will support internal
0:57.3	4K recording now.
0:58.9	It is still a 12 megapixel camera and the reason is it's designed to be a video camera and if you think
1:04.7	about it like this HD video requires only two megapixel to produce 4K
1:09.6	requires only about nine so you don't need a lot of megapixles when you're doing
1:14.3	either format of video so that's why they're using 12. There's a number of reasons why
