One of the things that I like about you is that when you think about joining or becoming something,

and to you, it was engineering, right? I want to go do engineering, and I want to make this certain salary but I think you found out really quickly not only you didn't like it but you

started to look at different industries to leave your job tell us a little bit about that yeah man so

well first what I did was I stayed with my job to 2015 but I got out of engineering specifically because I realized once I got out of school that I needed to know how business works outside of just being an employee in a business.

So I went to operations. I started running the freight term. I was managing people that were twice my age, had three times much experience and made more money than 300 employees like that. And union employees at that. So it's hard to fire those type of people.

And I got out of that and I went into marketing because now I want to understand, well,

how do we bring the money into this business to pay for the operation and the engineering?

So marketing and sales, specifically in the oil and gas sector. And then from there, I got handpicked to be a business development.

So I was actually going out and finding new sites, which is really

development on industrial level, finding new locations to build rail terminals.

So I'm one of the few people that can say I've actually built three new

rail terms in the United States.

They don't do that very often.
