Today we're heading back to 2019 with the single like Prince by the Seattle artist

Heza Feza. It should come as no surprise that this one was chosen by D.J. Kevin Cole,

KEXP's resident Prince expert.

This track starts with the quote from Prince

and continues as an homage to his philosophy

and timeless style, all in Heza Fez's soulful vocals and Electro R&B Grooves.

Since this track came out, Heza Feza has released their debut album, Nomadic Nabila, in 2022,

written on their grandmother's piano just before the pandemic hit.
