our docket. In South Carolina, a pastor has been charged with cyberstalking his own wife.

They say that he sent her unwanted and harassing text messages and had tracking devices on her car,

so this is really intense.

and new charges have been filed against a former American Idol contestant who's accused of murdering his wife.

He was hit with a waterfall of new charges, including aggravated murder and intimidation

of an attorney, victim, or witness.
