We are picking up with day six of our anxious for nothing, not a devotional in the Bible

app.

As always, I'm going to read the scripture, and then Tori is going to pick it with

the diva.

Let's do it.

The scripture is Philippians chapter three, verse one, and it says this, whatever happens

my dear brothers and sisters, rejoice in the Lord.

I never get tired of telling you these things, and I do it to safeguard your faith.

The devotional today says, what if you can praise God even in the middle of pain?

Try and experience anxiety that led to some physical symptoms as well.

But through his experience, he discovered that he still had much to thank God for.

Here's his story.

I first dealt with acute anxiety and panic some years ago while living in a foreign country

during a challenging stage of life.

While trying to learn a new language, start a business, be the light of Christ where there

was virtually no church present and parent twin one year olds.

It's a lot.

It was if I was gradually descending a dark valley.
