0:50.5	this is one of those that does kind of leave you scratching your head. Tell us what happened.
0:56.1	I'll say. Well, one thing that we learned in hindsight that I will share up front is that my son has a chocolate allergy and it causes sort of a panic attack reaction. It makes his heart race. And so he goes into fight,
1:12.4	fight or freeze. Easily avoided now that we know that, but this is when he was seven.
1:18.5	So around 13 years ago. And he was having this, this was happening quite frequently. And so we thought, okay, we'll get him out
1:29.1	into nature, we'll go camping, see if that settles his nervous system. And a friend of ours had a really
1:35.4	rustic cabin, off the grid, no running water. We thought, oh, this will be the perfect place,
1:41.5	you know, take a break from screens. Sure. And so off we go.
1:47.1	And, of course, we brought chocolate to make s'mores.
1:50.8	I mean, you're camping, right?
1:52.3	Right, right.
1:54.1	So, of course, the panic attacks happened while we were up there.
