Summary
It wasn’t a loud noise or something seen in the shadows. It was something much harder to explain—because it was physical.
As a child, she remembered lying awake in a spare bedroom that never quite felt right. The air was different. The room always seemed colder. But nothing ever happened… until one night, she felt something gently brush against her fingers.
