and now it's at 9 and a quarter they got like 300 grand equity in it and um the rates below 4

percent so they're like i'm just going to wait i think what's important though is not just the buyers right

everyone's focusing on the buyers why aren't the buyers buying houses? Everyone's focusing on the buyers. Why aren't the buyers buying houses?

But nobody's focusing on who's selling the actual houses because I think that that's a really
