Hello, everyone. Welcome to the Red Men TV and a very special show. I'm Dan Club, of course.

0:05.6

I'm delighted to be joined by Tash Dowie and Mark McVey for this one. First and foremost, thanks for joining me.

0:10.5

How are we? Okay. Great. Yeah, thanks. Much appreciated. Tash, it's nice to see you, not about to smash a paddleball over the quarter to me. That's a much, much better environment for me, this one, I'll be honest with you.

0:23.5

The reason we're here, I'll come to you, Tash first, if you don't mind.

London Marathon, you're running it this time around.

0:29.7

You're running it for the O'McVray Foundation, of course.

0:37.5

Of course, close up, the entire city's heart, really, I think it's fair to say. But what was it in particular for you that made you so desperate to do it for OMACVay? Yeah, Joe, it's funny. Since retiring from football two years ago, I feel like I've

1:02.1

You know, they've been trying for years and this is the first time they've been offered a space in the London Marathon.

1:07.0

And straight away, I remember sitting in my front room and Becky was on the sofa and I just did a passing comment to her saying,

1:12.8

I think I might want to run the marathon for the O'Mcvay.

1:15.1

And to honest, I didn't even ask her for opinion straight away, text Mark and I said,

1:19.4

can I be that person to run?

1:21.4

And he said, we've had hundreds of people messaging us, reaching out,

1:24.8

saying they want to do it, but couldn't think of anyone better but yourself. And then when he said that, I was like, oh, I'm actually going to have to do this.

1:31.6

Got it. It's going to be really looking forward to it.

1:36.7

Yeah, I can imagine, Mark, I'll come to you on it. It must be incredible to have to support people

1:40.7

like Tash. And there's many others we spoke upstairs about some of the people that help out and come along to stuff
