Soak onion rings in an ice bath until ready to bread 2. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl 3. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl 4. Drop onion rings into egg wash 5. Place in flour mixture: press to coat 6. Shake off excess; drop in hot oil 7. Fry for about 30 seconds on each side 8. Place on paper towel to drain   Honky Sauce Roasted Garlic Mayo Worcestershire Sauce Lemon Juice Mustard Salt and Pepper   Old-School Burger 80/20 ground beef Mushrooms Breadcrumbs Salt and Pepper Garlic Powder Brioche Bun Tomato 1. Cook mushrooms 2. Season beef; combine with breadcrumbs 3. Form burger patties 4. Place on grill / flat top 5. Flip when ready 6. Butter bun and place on grill / flat top 7. Spread honkey sauce on top of bun 8.
