Doctors are always telling us that we're dehydrated little beings and we need to drink more water.

And it's tough.

I mean women are trying because they have those Stanley cups that are like a tank.

I love all the videos of guys making fun of those with like trash cans.

They form into a giant Stanley cup.

But yeah, I mean you guys are supposed to drink water.

I guess we all are, but for whatever reason women are supposed to drink a lot more.

No, that's not the case. I'm pretty sure for every ounce it's half your body weight so whatever you weigh half that out and that's how many ounces you know

That's impossible

It's like literally impossible

I remember one time I went on a compassion trip with Wally and he was I mean it was hot

Yeah, I was bad sweating like a pig yeah you were wet from head to toe. It's very humid and no water whatsoever and you are laying on a bench all these compassion kids are like is this white man?

Yeah, yeah exactly. And I'm like he didn't drink any water.
