Summary

Early on the morning of July 23rd, 2000 a man stepped into the backyard of his waterfront home in Merritt Island, Florida and smelled death. At first, he thought it was a decomposing manatee, but upon further investigation it was determined to be the bound body of Misty Morse --- a 22-year-old woman investigators who had been strangled to death, bound in rope and duct tape and callously dumped into the Indian River.
