Suzanne Hendrix. I'm finally feeling like I'm in a good groove.

And I've got to give a shout out to my manager, Britt, and Joe, my producer and editor of this

podcast, because I just told both of them the other day, I said, the fact that we all came together,

we went to a coffee shop, and they sat with me, and they just kind of helped me

flush through all of these bajillion ideas that I have for this show. If I don't have

structure, I notice that I tend to spiral, I tend to overthink, I get overwhelmed, and then I

don't want to do anything. So I am very happy to share first and foremost at the top of

this show today that your girl has

finally found a rhythm. And maybe you've noticed the last couple of episodes have felt really good.

I feel like I'm finding finally my groove here in the podcast space, even though I did it

for years with Stevie. It's different. It is different when you do it alone.

So welcome if you're a new listener or if you're somebody who's just checking in every week

on your commute rides. I just want to say first and foremost, we are in this. We launched

this podcast in October 2025 and we are well on our way. And I am finally feeling like, okay, I'm feeling
