0:07.0	I had a phone call from my friend in the UK recently and she I could tell there was something on her mind she was feeling down I said she felt a bit irritated too and as we were talking about a few things that are coming up

0:29.0	You don't quite seem like the you that I know today.
0:32.0	It's okay if you're tired or something and she said you know
0:36.1	I don't want to talk about this I don't want to bore you with this dumb thing that
0:39.6	happened but I'm like listen bore me with a dumb thing that happened if it's on your mind if it's in your energy field
0:46.7	Let's talk about it. Maybe we can release it a little bit. Let's go no judgment here

0:59.0	and she was really, really happy with that friendship.

1:06.1	taking more than my friend was comfortable with she was asking her for a lot seeking
1:11.0	introductions and long story short my friends started to feel a little
1:15.3	bit used and taken advantage of and if you've ever experienced that feeling
1:22.0	right a feeling of someone taking from you more than you feel comfortable giving or that other people take advantage of you.
1:30.0	It's a very fair feeling. It happens.
1:34.0	And I asked her, I said to my friend, what is it about you, do you think, that allows people to take advantage of you?
1:43.0	What do you think gave this person the green light to think,
1:46.0	oh I can take from her?
1:49.0	It doesn't matter.
