We were in Handbone's camper in Sykeson, Missouri. There was no way for them to forget about me. But they talked. if you listened to that very first episode I went on, which it's the only one I went on, they talked for 50 minutes before they brought me away. Yeah, and I just sat there and watched. Wasn't Sykston where you went to the hospital for? Yeah, that was a couple years later. Oh, it wasn't the same. Might have been the same night. Yeah. Like maybe you're just sitting there all lightheaded and couldn't even... No, no, no, no. I think this was my first year at Sykeston when I went and got on their podcast. But they weren't... See, we're doing this as a joke. Yeah, they were serious. They were serious. He's like just talked about all the things and then, like, 50 minutes in. Maybe it was a prank. Was it like a jump scare when they finally saw you? And they were like, what are you doing here? No, that's what I'm saying. We were in his camper. They couldn't not see me. Like, I was in their grill. Did you say something about it in real time? No, not then. That was one of the first few podcasts I was a guest on. So I was like, dang, maybe I've been doing it wrong. I actually just like ask the guest something right away. Start with it, yeah. Yeah, that's what I lead with. Most people do. Right. |
